ipOne and Syncom Telecom merge to create Entegro:

Entegro was founded in 2019 from the merger of ipOne and Syncom – two successful telecoms companies with a shared enthusiasm to develop and build digital networks for future generations.

ipOne was established by Jim Doyle in 2001 and has evolved from providing desktop surveys to delivering integrated solutions across HFC and fibre networks for both residential and commercial sectors in Ireland and the UK.

Syncom was established in 2003 by Fintan Shortall  and has evolved from initially providing services to the telecoms and data centre industries in the UK to specialising in the restructuring and consolidation of large networks for clients across Europe  and the US.

Jim Doyle:
As Managing Director of Entegro Jim can call on over 30 years’ experience as a telecoms entrepreneur. He is known for his relentless drive to get things done on behalf of his clients.  He has unrivalled experience in telecoms design, build, project management, deployment, quality control and audit.  He is recognised in the industry as a ‘go to’ resource for clients looking for the most innovative networks solutions.

Fintan Shortall:
Fintan is the Director of Business Development of Entegro. He has been a successful entrepreneur in the telecoms industry for nearly 30 years. During that time Fintan has driven and grown a number of successful businesses in the sector. He has deep sectoral knowledge of how to design, build and deploy future orientated telecoms networks

Jim and Fintan are both hands on leaders – they make things happen.  They like getting into the trenches – figuratively and literally – to get things done.  The creation of Entegro has come from their passion for delivering the most innovative solutions for their clients.
