History

Jones Oil Limited is a 100% Irish owned company. Operating since 1984, Jones Oil has provided a friendly and efficient local service to customers across Ireland.

Operating from depots in Dublin, Dundalk, Cavan, Mullingar, Athlone, Sligo, Carrick-on-Shannon, Letterkenny, Ballina, Claremorris, Kilkenny, New Ross, Clonmel, Arklow, Birr, Portlaoise, Carlow and Waterford, Jones Oil offer a safe, friendly and efficient delivery service of the highest quality fuels.

Branding

The Jones Oil brand has always embodied first class customer service and we strive to achieve the highest possible standards in the delivery of our products.

Jones Oil supply the domestic, agricultural, commercial, industrial, and marine markets throughout Ireland, currently employ in excess of 150 staff and operate a fleet of over 45 delivery trucks from 15 depots around the country.

Flexibility

We supply hospitals, factories, schools, haulage companies, civil engineering companies, farmers, agricultural contractors, filling stations & hotels to name but a few.

Of course, the cornerstone of our business is supplying our domestic customers who have relied on the quality of our heating oil and our service, particularly during the autumn and winter months, since 1984. Because we operate a substantial and modern fleet and have a spread of depot locations across the country, we are in a position to provide a comprehensive service and strive to overcome any unforeseen circumstances that arise from time to time.

Our Fleet

Our fleet of over 45 delivery trucks gives us great flexibility in the event of breakdown so we can still get your delivery completed.

Our products are supplied directly from the Joint Fuels Terminal in Dublin Port. In the event of any problem with delivery from Dublin we can draw from terminals in Cork, Derry or Belfast. We have the capacity to source and supply product whatever the circumstances.
